IMT today announced that it has acquired Selenium Interactive., a software and hardware digital signage solutions company. IMT will use intellectual property and technology assets from the acquisition and will continue marketing under the Selenium name. In addition, key personnel from Selenium Interactive Company will be joining IMT. Selenium will continue development and support of their corporate IPTV applications "COBALT MEDIA".
