SELENIUM INTERACTIVE ACQUIRED BY IMT CANADA INC
CALGARY, January 16th, 2009 - Selenium Interactive today announced that it has been acquired by Imaging Management Technologies Inc. ("IMT Canada Inc.")

IMT today announced that it has acquired Selenium Interactive., a software and hardware digital signage solutions company. IMT will use intellectual property and technology assets from the acquisition and will continue marketing under the Selenium name. In addition, key personnel from Selenium Interactive Company will be joining IMT. Selenium will continue development and support of their corporate IPTV applications "COBALT MEDIA".

"The acquisition of Selenium Interactive opens doors from both companies as each has strong OEM relationships within their respective industries", said Wayne Frisch, VP of Software Development.
